Integrated Management Processes and Tools.
We base our program management processes on lessons learned, best practices, and our managers extensive experience. We integrate program management processes into the Program management Plan (PMP) as derived from our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) processes. We use a suite of enterprise-level financial, schedule monitoring, and management tools to support management of all PWS elements and assigned projects.
